How to Calculate UAE Gratuity?

To calculate your UAE gratuity, follow these steps:

  1. Determine your basic salary: Gratuity is calculated based on your basic salary, excluding allowances and bonuses.

    For the first 5 years of service: 21 days of basic salary for each year worked.
